The brief

Indian schools ran on paper diaries, WhatsApp groups, manual spreadsheets, and phone calls — parents missed communications and admins had no unified operational view.

The challenge

Building an offline-resilient system for Indian schools with unreliable connectivity, while serving parents, teachers, and admins each needing a different interface.

Our solution

A Firestore-backed architecture where the backend writes to Firestore and the Android app reads from it — enabling reliable offline operation with role-specific interfaces.
