Saudi beauty customers booked via Instagram DMs and phone calls — no unified marketplace existed for discovering, booking, and managing beauty providers.
The challenge
Building a fully dual-sided marketplace from scratch with separate apps, real-time availability, and local Saudi payment rails — all four components in parallel.
